Hey Fel! There's this boy in my social psych class and he's reallllyyyy handsome. Dark hair, nice arms, GORGEOUS face, perfect height etc. I feel tempted to go up to him and tell him he's gorgeous, however he seems kind of reserved and I think that would only scare him off. Any advice?

Do a bit of research? Find out a band he likes that you like or maybe find out if you have a mutual friend? Facebook stalk that shit, and listen to the band he likes really loud or something.
Or, you could just say ‘hey, I think you’re really rad and we should be friends’. He might be really attracted to your confidence!!
